Nos 22 and 24 Friar Lane are part of an impressive, Grade II listed terrace of Georgian townhouses in the historic Greyfriars area of Leicester, close to the Richard III Visitor Centre and Leicester cathedral.
The occupants are part of the emerging creative technology sector, which requires flexible workspace for dynamic and growing businesses. By using existing doorways and newly formed openings, the floors now have semi-open layouts which enable teamwork and internal communication as well as providing quiet areas for undisturbed research and development.
