Design Brief

The contemporary dwelling responds to its rural setting and the surrounding agricultural landscape with views towards Bradgate Park and Charnwood Forest.

The low-energy design incorporates high levels of insulation, whole-house ventilation and pholtovoltaic energy generation. The elevations combine timber and render with Cor-Ten steel and sheltered external spaces for a terrace and a balcony.
